Hi Everyone... In the originator form, is there any way to add multiple custom fields to enter Cost per State/Province? Multiple State fields and corresponding cost field for each?

Is this a Custom Record Type? I don't think I've ever heard of the originator form. It's possible you're using a module i'm not familiar with, just wanted to confirm.

Ok. I would need to know a little more about your use case, but hypothetically you could establish Cost per State/province. I don't know if you'd want it to be static fields on the record though. Might want something a little more robust.

Yeah, it all seems possible from my end. The complexity all depends on how dynamic you need the form and sourcing to be.
