Hi, wondering if there's a way to "retire" lot numbers that have reached zero inventory so they no longer show up in the drop down for inventory detail on order fulfillment. Thanks!

They shouldn't show up if they have zero inventory.

That what one would think but isn't the case for us.

Nope, definitely zero in every respect.

I too don't know of anything that would cause this I would say to check if the inventory detail for your NS account customised in any way

@KevinJ of Kansas There are a number of ways this can happen. I have seen negative inventory that is not in a bin, but positive inventory with the same lot number in a bin. Nets to zero. Make a search for on hand inventory not equal to zero with lot number and bin number from Item detail and sort by quantity. This will show negative lots. Message me if you need help.
