Looking for help related to messages on contact and customer records. I thought I stumbled across a setting that enabled messages logged on a contact record to also log on the associated customer record. (For example, I log a call to a manager at XYZ company. The logged call activity will populate on the managers contact record, as well as on the customer record for XYZ company). Anyone know how to enable this ?
