Hi all! Basic question. When creating new estimate I cannot search Customers from the field by using search functionality (Two down arrows from the right side of the field is missing). On the another Netsuite account this is working. Is there some feature which should be enabled or this related to customer entities?

Are there enough customers to exceed your dropdown list length preference? I normally set mine to 16 or 20 at most
