Unable to View Item List Due to Unexpected Error.

Scenario
When navigating to to Lists > Accounting > Items, user generated an unexpected error when viewing the Item Lists.

Solution
1. The List View has a sticky feature and the previous saved search used as View mode when pulling up the item list may contain a bad filter or formula error, hence the unexpected error when trying to pull up the item list again.

2. User should switch back to the Basic Item List View.

3. User can copy below URL and should be placed after .com of the account-specific domain:

/app/common/item/itemlist.nl?searchtype=Item&Item_TYPE=@ALL@&sortcol=Item_NAME_raw&sortdir=ASC&csv=HTML&OfficeXML=F&pdf=&showall=T&style=NORMAL&report=&grid=&searchid=-400&quicksort=&dle=T

For example:
