When I try to receive an transfer order and use landed cost, I get an error message
You have attempted to allocate landed costs to a transaction using an allocation method that results in no allocation for any lines in the transaction. The allocation method you chose is Value. To correct this problem, go back to the transaction and choose a different allocation method, or modify the items/lines on the transaction so that there will be some cost allocated to the lines.
. This happens when I choose for VALUE and no landed cost per line, the item though has an purchase price and I'm lost to what might cause this problem.

Hi Christiaan, try entering information in the "Transfer Price" (field ID: transferprice) on the items you're transferring. My admittedly limited experience with Transfer Orders is that they have their own logic completely separate from Sales or Purchase Orders. If you're creating a saved search and Type = Transfer Order you can't for example use the criterion Fulfillment Status, because that only applies to Sales Orders (and maybe other transactions?) - instead you select "Status" and then the appropriate Transfer Order specific Statuses - that criterion incidentally seems to have every possible Transaction Status so it's probably always the better one to use

For transfer order you would need transfer price, purchase price is for purchasing it from vendor
