I’m uploading item data on CSVs and special characters (the apostrophe mainly, but also the trademark symbol, etc) end up getting encoded weird in Netsuite on the UI. I tried a CSV editor outside of Excel and it’s still happening. Anyone have this problem before and know a fix?

Have you tried changing the encoding type in the first step of the CSV Import Wizard?

I tried switching to Unicode and had the same problem. Maybe I’ll try Mac (the person uploading is on a mac)
