Hello, We have a "Private Notes" field on our customer records that sales reps use to keep special instructions/notes related to each customer. I created a "Customer Notes" field for our sales order form and set the Private Notes field as the source. This works great, pulling over the important instruction whenever a new sales order is created in NetSuite. Unfortunitly it's not working when the order is created on our SCA website. Currently the Private Notes field's "Applies To" is set to Sale only. Do I need to add Web Store for this to work? Thanks
