Hi team have a question one of my customer wants to set up a commission for partner sales reps. If they don't give discount to the customer they get 8% commission if they give 5% they get 6.5. If they give 10% they get 5.5 and if they give 20% they get 4% commission. How do we do this in NetSuite? Can someone point me in the right direction

Have you explored the Commissions module for NetSuite? It certainly offers much more than you're describing here, but it might be a good place to start while analysing the full requirements.

You'll need to use alternate sales amount and populate it via script or workflow (either is likely to present challenges depending on how your discounts are set up) to make the commissions module work

@Martin Horacek where do I find out more about commission module? From account manager? I tried SuiteAnswer and NetSuite.com no success
