Yea, if your list doesn't exceed limit it will be a drop down as opposed to a double carat search. I normally reccomend 10 or 12 at most for that setting. Admin type users should always check the display internal ID box. I love the option on analytics tab to use type ahead and partial matches on type ahead lists, blanking on its actual name with NS not right in front of me. Admins can set general preferences for users at the role level. Handy to standardize with large number of users.
