@Russell In the role permissions, you can select which forms that role can see, and which should be the preferred. Simply remove the forms you don’t wish the role to have access to. That way, you can have one form for basic data entry, and allow senior users access to either additional fields, or the ability to edit fields that the basic user cannot do.
