Does anyone know of a good resource of a place to grab pre-built BFO templates for various document templates. Looking for mostly shipment-related documents, like commericial invoices, etc. I'm fine with making them "dynamic" myself with freemarker, but would be nice to have a solid starting point for some things I'm working on rather than hand-slinging them.
