On a statement template, can we access system notes from the transactions record? I want to add the user who created the invoice record on the line data, is this possible, I thought about adding a hidden field when the invoice is created but want to know if is possible without it

Unfortunately, I think what you suggested is correct. Seems the answer is always just "add a hidden / custom field" lol
