I want to group and total items on an invoice by a custom column field (Parent Product Family).  NS Support says it will "require complex template and script customization."

it does require complex template customisation but it can be done.

Thanks Michoel, I did see that, but not working for me...yet.

It doesn't work for me natively, let alone any changes I make to it. I get no item rows. Just getting the Terms/ Due Date/ P.O. #/ Sales Rep/ Shipping Method/ Partner table and not the items table.
