@scottvonduhn Thanks. I have no problem scripting, I am just finding certain data only seems to be available when scripting and other only when using the built in advanced pdf records. For example there is a field quantityremaining which is available only when using the built in joins of advance pdf.

you can use formula fields and/or a User Event script with the 'print' context to add additional fields dynamically for the PDF, but that's still scripting.

So what to you mean by this? Add a user event script with context of print, but how would I "add additional fields dynamically to the pdf?"
