Okay, so it's strictly generating PDF's. If you have the data available somewhere in NetSuite, then a Map/Reduce script that generates the PDF's should be feasible. We have one that generates over 10,000 PDF's every month. Of course, you could automate the PDF creation upon Invoice creation. Main reason that is not standard behavior is that you are going to use up filing cabinet storage, which is not something every customer needs or wants, and you'll want some process to delete the files after they are no longer needed.
