In the letter template i have used CRMSDK tags
For ex: NLFIRSTNAME, NLLASTNAME
while merging the letter template all values are rendering except the NLTOTAL as highlighted in above image.
Please let me know if any other details needed.
As i have stick with this from couple of days, any solution will be helpful.
