I'm in kind of quandary. Any thoughts are appreciated. Soooo....we have employee signatures stored on employee records and when records are approved, images show up on the Advanced PDF. Management loves this. Problem that I identified during testing is..... To have an image show on an Advanced PDF, the image needs to be set to "Available without login". If the user delivers the Advanced PDF template as HTML, this image URL is now available to outside users. I have set the default to PDF for all users; but, I am still not comfortable with this risk. Does anyone know a way to get an image on an Advanced PDF without it being "Available without login"? Thanks!

Did you try checking "Company Wide Usage" instead of available without login and trying it? That should solve the issue

@KevinJ of Kansas we have docusign for the other side of our contracts side but our purchasing side they dont want to sign every document. 😞

The preference is pretty new and it was to solve this exact issue so its only available internally
