Would that mean you need a different Sales order template for each Fulfillment form?

if the fulfillments need to print different packing slips, then i believe the answer is yes

with scripting you can add custom buttons that print whatever form/template you like, regardless of the SO or IF form - but, that's scripting of course

I found something interesting, but still no luck. It prints the same packing slip even after I created another Sales Order with the whole custom linked forms
