@Clint Be aware that BFO, the PDF rendering engine, adds a implicit <p>…</p> tags around the contents of all table cells and table header cells (td and th). The formatting for wrapping and justification has to be applied to the p tag nested within the td or th tags as described here: https://bfo.com/support/faq/#31
