Hello people, I want to know when we do {contact.firstName} on a Transaction email template, from which field it refers the contact. As I can see in the search joins on transaction, there is contactprimary and customer available, how the hell is contact.field and entity.field working ? According to me these two should only work , I think I am missing something very crucial.
