I don’t think that could be done with a real footer, however you might be able to determine how many lines can be displayed per page (accounting for space for a custom “footer”) and then keep track of pages yourself by counting lines, and stopping periodically to insert a footer, then starting a table to be on the next page. It’s a bit risky, though, since lines wrapping might push the footer to the next page inadvertently, so you’d need to maybe allow some wiggle room for that.
