I print pdf's from our custom records using the merge to template function. On Friday the 11th, all of our form are coming out blank. Can anyone lead me in the right direction??

The first thing I check if I am getting a file produced (no error), but can’t see anything or the output is not as expected, is I try changing the print setting to HTML, so I can take a look at the HTML produced. That is very roughly equivalent to the XML that would be passed to BFO to produce the PDF. If the HTML renders blank as well, at least you can view the source and try to find out what is wrong.

@scottvonduhn Thanks for your response. Is there a setting to change the output of a pdf merge to HTML. I see the setting to print transactions in HTML. I have attached a two screen shots to show the tags in adobes form tool and the form as it is getting rendered out from NetSuite.

Oh, I misunderstood, I thought these were Advanced PDF templates., and also new ones. If these are existing merge templates that all worked, and now all of them are not working, it seems more likely that NetSuite changed something which broke them. I would contact NS support and let them know all your templates are broken, and the time when you first noticed it. NS historically has released i-fixes on Thursday nights, so it’s possible a fix released just before the 11th is the cause of this.
