cool. i’m actually trying to achieve a few things at once: 1. email the default sales order email template to the customer 2. email the default sales order email template to the sales rep if a certain field criteria is met 3. print a picking ticket to a local printer with a picking ticket template (your script or perhaps a workflow? and zapier)
