Hi Guys, Have you encountered the issue, where you have an Ampersand in the field value of a field used in the subject of an email tempalte, causing the template to be generated with the escape character “&”? As the field is being used on the Subject part of the email, it makes even more complicated because of the field lenght limit. Replacing the ampersand with the escape character in a field formula didn’t help. Replacing it in the template, as NetSuite suggests, has no affects whatsoever. Using the un_esc tag is not supported in the output_format.
