I'm having difficulty having my item list fill up the entire space between the header and footer on an invoice. Currently the table sits right below the header and if it's short, there is a bunch of empty space until the footer. Since I am using outside borders on my table, I'd like the have the borders extend all the way from the header to the footer. Any ideas?
