the templates are assigned at the form level so one solution is you'd need to set up the various transaction forms and their associated advanced pdf and then set the form dynamically based on customer (can definitely do via scripting). Could get pretty unmaintainable fast if you have a ton of customers you are doing this for due to having to maintain a ton of different forms/advanced pdfs
