Hi Mark, that could be a possible solution. Sometimes it makes sense to breakup packs on Item receipt. But sometimes it makes sense to breakup packs later in the process. This said we also have changing UOM. The UOM suppliers ship to us vary from shipment to shipment and we are looking for ways how to deal with this. As far as I know UOM in NS have no effect on the amount of labels created in NS. Labels are always created according to the lowest UOM. It would already be handy to just tell NS how many labels you need.
