Hi all! We have issues with the logo's on documents since the new release. Sometimes the logo shows correct, but sometimes this is shown. We already tried to change the logo and checked if it was https instead of http (suiteanswers), but it still happens sometimes. Does any of you experience the same issue? Thanks in advance!

Have you tried another image and made it also available without login?

We used to get that occasionally, but then the image would come back after a few refreshes. Have not seen this on 2019.1 though yet.

it's always best to link the image to an external site... netsuite file cabinet is not the best
