@mattdahse @andrewh no summary filters in the search at all. I did notice that one of the filters which references a custom column on the item record doesn’t show the field when the user is in edit mode on the saved search (but it shows up fine when not in edit mode as one of the filters). Saved searches have drill down columns even if you don’t specify summary types and I removed those thinking that it could be confused but still no success. It’s either the role the user is on doesn’t have permissions or the joins are messing with it. This is a transaction search (POs) with a join to item fields to get description and custom column.
