thanks @GeneralKenobi . I'll give that a try later. like i said, it's very painful to test. you have to actually trigger a dunning event to test your template. Unlike advanced pdf, where you just update the template and hit the print button. Very frustrating. I'm hoping someone with specif experience can chime in
