Does anyone have an efficient way of getting Primary Contact of a transaction (estimate, sales order) name & details (e.g. email, phone number) on the print form? I first tried using the internal id of the Contact (Primary) field that is provided by the Records Browser, contactprimary so {record.contactprimary.entityid} but that did not work so I asked NetSuite Support how to do this and they said it is not available and gave me an enhancement request no 297850 Advanced PDF/HTML Templates > Print the Primary Contact Name and Phone in the Sales Orders. I still need a way to do this....
