It was a generic error to contact support - "An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information." the titles of the forms/templates are basically the same with "test" in front and the source code of the template is an exact copy and paste job. I like the look of Mary Zigman's CRE for troubleshooting these issues as the error messages don't give anything to go on at all and I'm guessing support won't touch this either as it's a template I've written.
