oh yeah, one other quick one (hopefully):

<#list record.item?sort_by("custcol_1")?sort_by("custcol_2") as item>

which in my case is

<#list record.item?sort_by("custcol_item_group_column")?sort_by("description") as item>

seems to be sorting by

"description"

only. it seems to ignore the

"custcol_item_group_column"

. any ideas there or is it a bit hit-and-miss based on the forum threads
