Hello everyone! ⚠️ We have just released an update for all our SuiteCloud Tools ⚠️ Today we released an update for: • SuiteCloud CLI for Node.js • SuiteCloud CLI for Java • SuiteCloud IDE Plugin for WebStorm • SuiteCloud IDE Extension for VsCode This update mainly addresses the Log4J by upgrading the dependency to v2.16 We are currently working on the formal notification that will be delivered via Release Notes and email later this week, however in the meantime you can already update your tools (we strongly recommend you to do it) 🎄 Hope everyone have Suite Holidays and a happy new year!!! 🎄

Hi @Carlos Olivares (NS DevTools PM) I'm new to Netsuite. You mentioned that we can already update our tools to address the Log4J vulnerability. How do I update that? You mentioned that a formal notification will be sent via release notes and email later this week. Will these release notes be sent to all Netsuite admins worldwide? Is there an email list that you run, or if not, what emails are you referring to above? Thank you for your help. Much appreciated.

Hello @Dan Warner, depending on the tool you are working with, it might have one way or another to update it. For WebStorm and VsCode, by opening the plugin description it should show the the option to update the version. For Node CLI,
npm update -g @oracle/suitecloud-cli
This is the list of the latest versions
Suitecloud CLI for nodeJS -> 1.3.2
Suitecloud extension for VSCode -> 1.0.4
Suitecloud plugin for Webstorm -> 2021.2.3
Suitecloud CLI for Java -> 2021.2.3
@Sim Greenbaum, we will take a look. Thanks for reporting it
