I have no idea about this error.

Any idea who I should talk to to get it resolved? It used to work without issues and the same project deploys on other accounts

You can contact support. in meanwhile Also can you DM me your account id where you are trying to deploy. trigger a fresh deploy so i can try to find the error on server side.
