Last time I moaned on here about it, a NS product manager asked me to email him directly. So I did, with a small reproduction test case. I told my business that a NS PM had reached out and asked me to mail directly, which on the face of it seemed great. However, I didn't even get a reply back, not even an acknowledgement of my message. Very poor form
