If it is a different account, I'd do it under different projects. At least that's what I do to keep my self organized and know where I am. Within the project I definitely use multiple SB accounts or RP during upgrade season

Within same account, want to keep one project for all sandbox accounts and production. But the folder structure i want to keep as Project -> SB1 ; Project-> SB2; Project -> SB3
