Anybody run into this before? Can't add / authenticate with a singular production account but can with all other accounts including their sandbox. Its rejecting the token for some reason. Forgive the sloppy account cover up, my IT team hasn't given us access to download a better annotation tool so I have to get by with the snipping tool

Anything in the login audit trail? You can add extra columns to it to get the exact error(s)

Yeah, I have the same issue with one sandbox account. Here’s what I see in the login audit trail:

And that answered it for me. Navigate to Setup > Integrations -> Manage Integrations. Click Show Inactives. Click “SuiteCloud Development Integration”. Click “Edit”, Change State from “Blocked” to “Enabled”. Click “Save”. All good for me now, thanks for the tip @CD
