My project is failing local validation with 99% of the messages saying "The permissions specified in the "customrecord_xxx_connection" customrecordtype object do not match the permissions in the "customrole_xxx" role object. I don't understand

What about the server side validation?

server-side validation works fine ... however, I'm trying to create an SDF package to publish via SACC .. and there are no options to change the validation type

The workaround could be that you zip the project manually. I will raise this with the team in meanwhile.

we will remove the local validation for the upcoming release Darren, in the meantime we are thinking in a better solution
