I even deleted the SS1 script records and re-published with SDF .. but they came back as SS1 script records (which is crazy no? ... how does an SDF publish create an SS1 script record?)

Does the 2.0/.Xscript have the correct header information?

It does. So, I found the the CLI would error out saying you can't change versions. So, I delete the SS1, then redeployed. Lastly, recreated the bundle and was golden. I might do a write up about the procedure
