Does anyone know what this error exactly means?

looks like the customrecord_rfi_trm_mr_ss_tasks doesn't exist when you/sdf is trying to create the center category.
You might need to manually move the creation of the center category after the record has been created.

I had tried it without success. When I removed the center category from the target account it worked.
