via SDF, when adding new checkbox script param to existing script/deployment and setting

= 'T' , the expectation is that when the newly updated SDF Xml is installed that the checkbox should be initially introduced as checked correct? basically am not seeing this expected behavior in target account... not sure if is a "bug" or anyone else has experienced this with potential workaround? Thanks
