Hello NetSuite Professionals, I wanted to share with you some news about VsCode. The plan we had to release an early version of the extension before the official release, will not be possible because of some technical difficulties we had that will take valuable time from our team to make it happen, therefore we decided to invest that time in enhancing the first official version of VsCode to be released later. With this, I want to ensure to the community that we are continuously working on this new SuiteCloud extension with the intention to offer a more mature first release. If you have any questions (that I can answer), please ping me directly.

Hello Carlos, thanks a lot for this information, I wanted to know if you are going to end support / stop the extension for eclipse. I have heard that from some people.
c
Yes, we are (we have a few warning messages in the latest release for Eclipse). We will stop supporting it in 22.1
(Consider VsCode NOT a replacement for Eclipse, since the experience is different... it is a free IDE/Editor option, but VsCode and Eclipse are completely different in many ways)

Okay got it, Thanks

How would you say the free vscode experience with the plug-in would stack up against webstorm?
