This might have asked a lot of times, I’ll ask anyway and thanks in advance: What is the best practice for, How do I reference a dependency to the object/field (e.g. custom record, field) but I don’t want to push an update for that object to the target account? hope that make sense. TIA

Add them as dependencies in manifest.xml
