Any reason why I don't see the Token Based Authentication when I'm managing Authentication in Eclipse? I issued tokens to a custom developer role:

Ok, I figured out how to save the token. Is there a way to manage my SDF project with a Administrator Role Across all of my accounts?

Or do I need to use a custom developer role?
