feel like i’m going crazy.  can you really not deploy datasets without associated workbooks via SDF?

Here I am, 1.5 years later and hitting the same issue. Did you ever get it resolved, or do I have to add a bogus workbook or something to the mix just to get this dataset SDF deployable?

I ended up creating an unused workbook to get around this
