suitecloud project:adddependencies

does not seem to add <file> tags to the manifest, when trying to deploy a suitescript object, which does not have it's associated script file path also listed in the deploy.xml - these must be added manually. Is this simply a rare use case and just like that by design or will they be added by project:adddependencies in future?
