I’m about to start looking into a switch from VS Code to WebStorm and also explore using SDF. Can anyone offer general feedback or things to look out for?

it looks like they are about to release an sdf extension for vscode potentially: https://github.com/oracle/netsuite-suitecloud-sdk/branches if that impacts your decision 🙂

@Jack R I've been very impressed in general by what's on offer in WebStorm. Credentials were a little tricky to manage across multiple projects but there's further improvements in this latest release.
