Set the App ID on all the Objects in the UI so that it matches your SuiteApp ID

that makes sense, just did not know that "App ID" was a thing on custom Objects , speaking of which where is that exactly? not seeing in UI on custom record definition I'm looking at and cant seem to find anything in the HelpCenter on that topic

You need to set the User Preference `Show App ID Field`
